RETURNS

Dear Customer,

All our products are customizable.

So you would be customizing/personalizing the product before placing the order.

Once we receive the order, we start manufacturing the product as per your personalization/ customization.

So we can’t accept the return and sell the product to other customers even if it is unused because the other customers’ personalization will be different from yours.

But we do accept the exchange only if the product is delivered to you in damaged condition.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at customercare@tomizer.com to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorisation (EMA) number. After receiving a EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

Dear Customer, As per the reason mentioned above in RETURNS, we can’t provide refund.

CANCELLATION
